Rating : - Potential for flaws
The first one I ordered had a broken piece on the left side of the right toaster slot where the piece grabs the bread to hold it into place. I wish there was a way to just grab the defective item and take it into a local Target (box) store for exchange, however, Target doesn't do that (nor do they carry all items found online). After a month long delay, I had to order a replacement (same item) and finally have my refund credited to my account.
